And he's 5 years old today. Right when he woke up I gave him a big hug and wished him a happy birthday. He said, "I'm all grown up now!"
And at church he skipped down the hall holding my hand saying to everyone, "I'm five today!" Oh how I love this boy.

Thanks for stopping by! I'm Laura; a wife, mother to 5 and one old dog. I work in PR and also run a small home decor shop with my friend whose texts make me laugh so hard I cry. Don't you love it when your friends do that? I write about everything which is why it's all over the place here, but I especially love to include daily life and how you can enjoy it. Even at the pace with which we all lead our lives and its challenges (I write about those too) we have to take time and remember that the real important things are made up of good, simple things.
