A beautiful Friday night called for the first campfire of the season.

It beckoned a few neighbor kids to come and enjoy a chocolaty smore and play yard games in the dark.
The kids found 3 baby Fireflies and excitedly watched them light up.

I took that as a sign to the beginning of a great weekend.

I hope yours was good too.

Yummy good fun and I am excited that the kids saw fireflies...they are so interesting to watch. I like to think Heavenly Father created them just for nights around the fire with family and friends !

What fun! I think we will have to make a fire this coming Friday night....and make S'mores!! I saw fireflies when we visited Missouri a few years back. They are so fun! Glad you had fun!!!
