hi there!

Thanks for stopping by! I'm Laura; a wife, mother to 5 and one old dog. I work in PR and also run a small home decor shop with my friend whose texts make me laugh so hard I cry. Don't you love it when your friends do that? I write about everything which is why it's all over the place here, but I especially love to include daily life and how you can enjoy it. Even at the pace with which we all lead our lives and its challenges (I write about those too) we have to take time and remember that the real important things are made up of good, simple things. Cue the quote, "It is the sweet, simple things of life which are the real ones after all" Laura Ingalls Wilder. So feel free to join along and we can explore more of the finer, simple things in life and how they can be enjoyed.
